2. Names date of Birth of all individuals staying in this house (if possible with time of birth)
3. The blue print or rough sketch of your house floor plan and furnitures arrangement and the types of pictures on the walls and their facing direction
4. The direction of the main entrance door of your house what degree from north looking out from your main entrance door (stand at the centre of your main entrance door looking out of your house, take down the degree of your compass from north.
   p/s: There are 360degrees on the compass)
5. Enclose a bank draft of Singapore dollars $168.00 in favour of Vasstu Fengshui International Consultancy by register post /courier to :
   Jurong Point P.O.Box 391 Singapore 916414.
6. We will reply by email by 9 working days after receipt of your bank draft.
